| 3M VentureClad Insulation Jacketing System 1577CW-WM is used for cladding and jacketing applications and creates a vapor barrier for HVAC, ductwork, vessels and pipes. This conformable tape is able to conform to a curved or irregular surface. It offers zero permeability, installs without special tools and is highly puncture and tear resistant - ideal for any indoor or outdoor task. This laminate tape can withstand temperatures as cold as -40 °F/-40 °C and as hot as 248 °F/120 °C. It's suitable for use on materials like fiberglass, polystyrene and conformable aerogel. It protects insulation against mold, UV, weather, oil and grease, chemicals, impact and mechanical abuse, corrosion under insulation (CUI).
